• No physical item ships.

• We describe key features on the product page.

• Minor differences in layout or typography may occur across devices.

PRICES, TAXES, AND CURRENCY

• Links remain available for at least 7 days. Ask us for a fresh link if access lapses.

LICENCE AND USE

When you download the ebook you receive a personal, non-transferable licence.

You may:

• Store a copy on your devices.

• Print one copy for personal use.

You may not:

• Share, resell, rent, or sublicense the file.

• Upload the file to public sites or groups.

• Remove notices or watermarks.

• Use content for training AI or similar models without our written consent.

UPDATES AND CONFORMITY

We provide updates, including security updates, needed to keep the ebook in conformity for a reasonable period. If an issue arises that affects normal use, we repair, replace, or refund in line with law.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR EU AND EEA CONSUMERS

• You have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts.

• For digital content not on a tangible medium, this right ends once supply starts, if you expressly request immediate supply during the 14-day period and acknowledge loss of withdrawal once the download starts.

• We present a clear checkbox for this consent during checkout and keep a log.

UK CANCELLATION RULES

For UK consumers, the same approach applies under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Digital content supplied immediately after express request and acknowledgment removes the cancellation right once download starts.

DEFECTS AND INACCESSIBLE FILES

You receive a repair, replacement link, or refund if the ebook fails to download, contains a defect that prevents normal use, or does not match the description. We respond within a reasonable time and with no charge to you.

We aim to resolve within 7 business days.

DUPLICATE OR ACCIDENTAL PURCHASE

If you placed two identical orders within 24 hours and only need one, contact us. We cancel the duplicate and refund the extra payment if the second file was not downloaded.

CHARGEBACKS

Please contact us first. We resolve most issues quickly. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to licence withdrawal and account closure.

STATUTORY RIGHTS
